Career Fair Registration
The following information will tell you everything you need to know about registering your company for the Career Fair on April 7th, 2025. Please reach out to tasktamu@tamu.edu for any questions.
COMPANY REGISTRATION
Registration Deadline is March 17th.

Fill out all information on the registration form
Once registration is complete, please allow one week for your registration to be processed
Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing payment details.
This is an all-inclusive package: a booth for 2 recruiters, lunch, and the resume drop of participants. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to our secure payment network. Please complete your payment following the email.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please review the information below before registering.
If you plan on having more than 2 company representatives attend, please email tasktamu@tamu.edu to accommodate.
DO NOT PAY until your company has been confirmed to attend. This confirmation will be sent by email, which will hold the link to complete the payment process.
Refunds will be issued ONLY when cancellation is notified three or more weeks before the event.
Ship any company promotional materials via UPS or FedEx to the following address, ensuring they arrive no earlier than March 28th and no later than April 6th:

Label all boxes with your company name and include pre-paid return labels. Our facility makes regular stops by UPS and FedEx for convenience.
Please let us know if you are shipping items so we can make sure they are received and stored appropriately.
